Contact

One inbox, no forms — just send an email.

Email Us

Email is the only contact method we use. It keeps things simple, avoids the contact-form spam that plagues most small sites, and means every message lands in a real inbox that a person reads.

We aim to reply within a few business days. Replies can be slower around weekends and holidays.

What to Include

Including a few details up front saves a round-trip and helps us help you faster:

Bug reports

Tell us your browser and version, your device or operating system, and the steps that reproduced the problem. A screenshot or short screen recording helps a lot when the issue is visual.

Feature ideas

Describe the problem the feature would solve for you, not just the feature itself. We're a small project and prioritise changes that fit the tool's scope: a fast, fair, two-outcome flip.

Privacy and data requests

If you're writing about your rights under GDPR, the UK GDPR, or CCPA — for example, an access, deletion, or opt-out request — please mention this in the subject line so we can route the message correctly. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy first; many questions are already answered there.

Accessibility feedback

If something on the site doesn't work well with a screen reader, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology, we want to know. Please describe what you tried and what happened.

Press, partnerships, advertising

For media questions or general inquiries that aren't covered above, the same address works — just give us a clear subject line so we can prioritise.

Before You Email

Three places to check first — they answer most of what we get asked:

  • FAQ on the home page — covers randomness, what happens to your stats, and how to flip with the keyboard.
  • About — what the site is, how it's built, and what's on the roadmap.
  • Privacy and Cookies — full detail on data, analytics, and ads.
